Refund

1 We accept returns on most products within 30 days that have not been used and worn;
2 For health and safety reasons, we can’t accept the following items back for return:
Swim and Bodysuits
Intimates
Face masks
Earrings;
3 Please contact us for return address and do not send back the items without contacting us to avoid loss;
4 Your money will be refund to your original payment method when we receive the items;
5 Return shipping is payable by our customer,please choose the carrier with a tracked option.

Exchange

1 Please contact us for exchange within 21 days of receiving your order. We will do our best to fulfill your exchange request;
2 If the product you want to exchange is no longer available, we will help you to find the other item you like;
3 Special offers are not refundable or exchangeable;
4 For size problem, we can exchange for you only once for same item you bought.

Damaged or Defective Goods

We always insist on high quality products and strict quality control. If you have received a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order, we will reply to you within 48 hours.
